Sending Tips for Maximum Response Rate

Send from a personal email, not a form

[email protected] is a personal address — it reads as a real person reaching out, not a marketing blast. This dramatically increases open and response rates for nonprofit and government contacts.

Send NCMEC and OJJDP first

Federal and NCMEC contacts have longer review cycles. Submit these two first so they have the most lead time. Follow up after 3 weeks if no response.

Send NATW and NCPC now — timing is critical

NATW is in peak NNO planning season right now (August). NCPC starts October planning in August–September. These two have the best response probability this week.

Offer a free sample in every email
